Hospitality - About Personal Hygiene

February 8, 2019
Personal Hygiene
We are ask to make a blog about personal hygiene before we start cooking.

First, we wash our hands so that the ingredients we use will be clean and so as our dish.

Second, we clean our table properly and clearly with cloth and anti-bacterial spray so that there will be no bacteria on our washed ingredients.

Next, we put on a clean apron for cleanliness and safety.

We make sure we tie our hair neatly every cooking time to help us prepare our food hygienically and prevent dirt and dusts falling on to our food to prevent cross contamination.

We make sure our hands are clean and neat before starting. We remove our jewelries and no nail polish.
